Our founder
John Modany
John Modany and Mike Falcone started Modany Falcone in 1987 as a small contracting company specializing in concrete work. The business has grown exponentially since then, and John has continued the tradition of excellence with a commitment to getting things done right on each and every project he takes on. “Modany can do it” is a well recognized refrain in the tri-state construction area and John exemplifies that motto as a hands on owner with a deep passion for the business he founded. John’s leadership and wealth of knowledge in Project Management and Technical Expertise, has Modany Falcone well positioned for the future.
Our Facility
Located 30 minutes north of downtown Pittsburgh, we operate an xxx acre facility housing our office and industry leading equipment. With xxx SF of office space, xxx SF of indoor warehouse and xxx SF of outside lay down space, we are agile enough to tackle small scale jobs yet equipped to execute projects of scale.
